浅埋深大采高综采工作面压架及冒顶处理技术

Technology Application of Dealing with Support Pushed Down and Roof Fall in the Shallow Buried Depth and Large Mining Height Working Face

摘要: 为了探索浅埋条件下7m大采高综采工作面回采期间工作面产生冒顶的原因及相应处理技术,本文基于大柳塔煤矿52303大采高综采工作面回采期间,出现的工作面压架、冒顶等实际情况,采用矿压规律理论分析、现场冒顶范围观测等方法,分析了工作面压架、冒顶事故的原因,探索了工作面压力显现强烈的机理,采用工作面煤壁正帮注射马丽散、冒顶区充填洛克休等处理方案,取得了良好的效果。为浅埋深大采高综采工作面顶板控制、冒顶处理等问题提出了关键性技术措施及工程应用实践,为矿井安全高效生产提供了技术保障。

Abstract: In order to explore the causes and corresponding disposal technology of roof fall in fully mechanized working face of 7m large mining height. This paper is based on the roof fall and support pushed down accident in the terminal period of 52303 work face. By using theoretic analysis the law of underground pressure and observe the range of roof fall, the paper researched the reason of this accident and explored the mechanism of strong ground pressure of work face. The disposing method has been introduced in this paper which got useful result. This paper put forward the key technical measures and engineering application practice for deal with support pushed down and roof fall in the shallow buried depth and large mining height working face, and provide technical support for safety and efficient production of mine.
